Our delivery service is designed to meet the unique needs of Nigerian shoppers, whether you're in a bustling city like Lagos or a remote community in Kaduna. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery process.

1. Delivery range: We cover every corner of Nigeria

No matter where you are in Nigeria, we can serve you. Our delivery network covers all 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), including:

  • Major cities: Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Benin City, Calabar, etc. (delivery to urban areas is prioritized).
  • Semi-urban and rural areas: From the industrial towns of Ogun to the highland communities of the plateau, we partner with trusted local logistics providers to ensure reliable service even to hard-to-reach places.

Note: For extremely remote areas, our team will contact you after you place your order to confirm the nearest delivery point (e.g. local market center or partner store) and any additional details.

2. Delivery Time: When will you receive your order?

We know speed is of the essence – especially when you need a new laptop for work, a phone for communication, or a home appliance. Our delivery times vary by location, but you can expect:

  • Major cities (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan): 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 2pm (WAT) will be prioritized for same-day delivery, allowing for faster dispatch.
  • Semi-urban areas (e.g. Akure, Ilorin, Warri): 3-5 working days.
  • Rural areas (e.g. Bauchi, Taraba, parts of Zamfara): 5-7 working days. This means that shipping time may be longer in remote areas, but we will share a tracking link so you can follow the progress.

Working days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Nigerian public holidays (e.g. Independence Day, Eid al-Fitr, Christmas Day).

3. Delivery fee: transparent price, no hidden fees

We believe in clear, fair pricing—so you'll know your shipping costs before you order. Costs are based on your location and the weight/size of your package (for example, a smartphone will cost less to ship than a large TV or washing machine). Here's our standard fee structure:

  • Get free delivery on orders over 150,000 Naira: Buy high-value items like laptops, home theatre systems or multiple devices and enjoy free delivery anywhere in Nigeria.
  • Orders under ₦150,000:​
  • Major cities: ₦2,500–₦5,000 (varies depending on package size).
  • Semi-urban areas: 5,000 Naira – 8,000 Naira.
  • Rural areas: 8,000 Naira–12,000 Naira.

4. How to track your order

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email and text message (to the phone number you provided during checkout). You can use this number to:

  1. Visit the Order Tracking page on our website (www.bryce-electronic.com ) .
  1. Enter your tracking number and email address.
  1. See real-time updates on when your package leaves our warehouse, is shipped to your state, and is finally delivered. ​

5. Delivery Requirements: What do you need to receive the package?

To ensure smooth delivery, please:​

  • Please go to the delivery address for the estimated delivery date. Our courier will call you 1-2 hours before arrival to confirm.
  • Please have valid identification ready (e.g. national ID card, driver's license, international passport). The courier will ask you to show your ID to verify your identity (this can help prevent theft or misdelivery of the shipment).
  • Please inspect your package before signing for it: check the box or the product inside for any damage. If you find any damage, please refuse the package and contact us immediately - we will replace the product or refund your money without any questions asked.

6. Special considerations for remote areas and large items

  • Remote areas: For areas with inconvenient road access, our couriers may arrange delivery to a nearby community center or partner store (we will confirm with you in advance).
  • Large items (e.g. refrigerators, washing machines, large TVs): We offer a "white glove delivery" service for these products - our team will not only deliver the item, but also unpack it, inspect it for damage, and place it in your preferred room (at no extra charge).

7. Changes to Your Delivery

Need to update your delivery address or reschedule your delivery? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order (or at least 1 day before the expected delivery date) by:

Once your package is shipped, the address may not be changed, but we will do our best to help.
